This weekend sees the launch of Inflatable Fun Dayz sponsored by Westbury Town Council.
Up to six inflatables of all shapes and sizes as well as popular garden games will be set up in Grassacres Park from 11am – 4pm. It’s a great chance to let the little ones burn off some energy in a safe environment.
Town Council Events Coordinator Verity Bartlett said, “This is something new for Westbury and picks up on a similar event run last year in Warminster Park. We are planning to run them on selected weekends from March to September and really hope it takes off.
“Unfortunately, as it’s all outside we are dependent on fine dry weather leading up to each event, but we’ve got our fingers crossed.
“We are also working locally with parents of children with special educational needs to run some sessions specifically for them.”
Entry to each event is £5 per child, and they’ll be given a wristband so the children can come and go all day. There will also be light refreshments available.
Further information can be found on the posters around the town, or by contacting the Events Coordinator on 01373 822232.
