This weekend sees the return of the ‘Inflatable Fun Dayz’ sponsored by Westbury Town Council, on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March.
Town council events coordinator, Martin Dawson said, “Up to six inflatables of all shapes and sizes, as well as popular garden games, will be set up at the Eden Vale Road end of Grassacres Park. The fun days will run from 11am – 4pm and are a great chance to let the little ones burn off some energy in a safe environment, there will also be light refreshments available.
“After the success of the Fun Dayz last year, we are delighted to be running them again. They will take place on the third weekend of every month from March to September and we are looking forward to seeing lots of families in Grassacres Park. As with any outside activity, we are reliant on dry weather leading up to each event, so we’ve got our fingers crossed for a bit of sunshine.
“We’ll also be running sessions specifically for children with special educational needs on Saturdays between 4-5pm. Their parents can get in touch with the town council to find out more.”
Entry to each event is £5 per child, and they will get given a wristband, so the children can come and go all day. Further information can be found on the posters around the town, or by contacting the events coordinator on 01373 822232.
