Westbury Conservative Club has an exciting line-up of live music coming up throughout 2017.
On Saturday 4th February, covers band Uncle Jack comes to Westbury. Organisers say, “They play as a live juke box, letting the audience decide what they play. Most of the songs on the list are classic, well-known songs from the last 40 years including some modern stuff. They don’t take breaks and play as long as they are appreciated, sometimes as long as four hours. Never had a bad gig, always wanted back, never fail to get people up dancing.
“On 3rd March, Steve Loudoun & The Saboteurs take the stage. They are an eclectic bunch of musicians performing a varied selection of songs from across the musical spectrum, with a great range of tunes from the swinging 60s to almost modern day.
“Rock/classic rock covers band AFK play on 17th March. The music they play is a carefully chosen mix of rock/classic rock songs, with the occasional pop or blues song thrown in for good measure, from the 70s through to the present day, which suits most age groups and plenty for the guitar fans.
“In April, see Cymbollic and Brakelight and enjoy some nostalgia with an Electro 80s night.
“Later on in the year, Defibrillators, Train to Skaville and Stoned F are all set to play at the Conservative Club.”
