PRESTBURY Sports Bar has another month of live music coming up to get your feet tapping and maybe even tempt you to the dance floor…
On 8th October, local band Just For Fun are back for one night only. The pop/rock cover band play hits across the decades including Rolling Stones, T Rex, The Sweet, Status Quo, Chuck Berry, The Calling, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Bay City Rollers, Ramones, Free and Black Sabbath to name just a few.
Then on 15th October, The All Nighters take to the stage. The eight-piece Northern Soul band pay tribute to the classic up-tempo soul played in northern clubs in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
They pride themselves on recreating the sounds of the Twisted Wheel, Blackpool Mecca, Golden Torch and Wigan Casino – authentically reproducing the feel of the era. They pledge to get you dancing and jiving to their infectious groove!
Free admission from 8pm for both events.
