Westbury police are appealing for information following an incident they say involved a person with learning difficulties being verbally abused and physically assaulted in the town centre.
Westbury Police said, “We are appealing for potential witnesses to get in contact. We would like to hear from anyone who was in Edward Street, near Morrison’s car park (pictured), at about 3.30pm on Monday 17th November.”
