New chairman, Chris Saunders introduced our guest speaker, Martin John to the July meeting of Westbury Probus.
Martin is a qualified expert and practitioner of Chinese Medicine based in Frome. To an intrigued audience he explained some of the benefits of cm. Herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping and many other techniques which he employs in the course of his work.
He made it clear that cm has a place in relieving many ailments and works well side by side with conventional western medicine.
At the end of the talk he was happy to answer his audience’s many questions.
Chris thanked Martin and brought the meeting to a close. Next meeting Tuesday 4th August, 10.00am at the URC hall.
