DILTON Marsh Local History Society will be hosting a talk on Roman archaeology near the village later this month.
The talk will be given by landscape archeologist Mark Corney, who will discuss the history of ancient settlements in the area. Mark has regularly contributed to the television series ‘Time Team,’ which uses his expert opinion on Roman history.
The talk will take place at Fairfield Farm College on Wednesday 18th November from 7pm.
