Westbury Men’s First Team is ready for the 2015/16 season, ahead of their first game this weekend.
Westbury RFC will play their first pre-season friendly this Saturday 29th August, when Bath Spartans visit them at home on Knott Field. Kick-off is at 3pm.
Club chairman Gareth Vaughan said, “Summer training has been going well, with great numbers at every session.
“We have seen lots of new faces but we are always welcoming more so if you are interested in joining please come along to training on Tuesday or Thursday (or both); training starts at 7pm.”
Westbury’s 2015/16 league season will begin with an away game at Avonvale on Saturday 12th September. The team finished the league in last place in 2014/15.
