THE sixth running of the White Horse Gallop Trail Run sponsored by the White Horse News will take place on Sunday 22nd October.
The run starts at Leighton Recreation Centre and takes runners on an 8-mile off-road course up onto the Imber Range Path and skirts the hill before inviting runners to take a quad burning climb up alongside the White Horse itself. The run then proceeds around Bratton Camp, before heading along the Wessex Ridgeway and descending back into Westbury.
All finishers of the run will receive a memento and prizes will be on offer to the first three Men and Women to complete the course, as well as to the winners of the V40, V50 and V60 age categories.
