The organiser of the Poppy Appeal collection in Bratton has appealed for volunteers to help with this year’s appeal.
Mike O’Donoghue helps to raise funds for the Armed Forces community each year by selling poppies.
He said, “This year’s Poppy Appeal collection in Bratton will take place over the weekend of Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th August.
“We are looking for collectors to help with this important cause. You don’t need any military connection – just a willingness to give a little time.”
