All Saints’ Church in Westbury was a hub of festive cheer last weekend as the popular Christmas Tree Festival returned with a dazzling display of creativity and community spirit.
The festival welcomed around 400 visitors over the weekend as the church was transformed into a winter wonderland, showcasing 50 uniquely decorated Christmas trees contributed by local community groups, organisations and businesses from across the town and surrounding areas.
Adding to the excitement, the festival was officially opened on Friday evening by local entertainer and balloon modeller Dave Hickory, who delighted children and families.
“We would like to thank everyone who has supported
our popular Christmas Tree Festival once again this year,” said festival organiser, David Bullock. “We were delighted to welcome around 400 visitors over the weekend – families, children and people of all ages.
“There were 50 decorated trees arranged around the church with some fantastic ideas and each one was unique!
“We would like to thank all those who took part and who have helped us promote it amongst their contacts which is a great help.
