Volunteer, Terry Morgan, who is part of the Clean Up Gang on just one of the group’s busy refurbishment sessions before the reopening, “Thanks to Paul Board, finishing the painting of our C M Motors clubhouse bar.
“Also Dave Medley and Nick Pearce for completing the refurbishment of what was a very old existing window into our new outside serving hatch window, that is being very kindly sponsored by Andy and Lynne Hobbs, landlords at The Rising Sun Pub in North Bradley.
“Pete Strickland finished the white painting of the internal doors of our clubhouse and Geoff Steer the Buckingham green painting of the entrance porch while Phil Alford and Stu Fryer, between them strengthened the bottom row of spectator seats in our newly refurbished Skip It Recycling main stand.
“Again, Dave Medley, our most skillful Clean Up Gang member starting to fit new splashbacks [supplied by Lewis Porter, one of our joint first team managers] around the sink and cooker in our newly refurbished tea hut. That is now also Tammy’s Tasty Treats Cabin and is open for lovely cooked food on a daily basis.
“Finally, Phil Alford again expertly fitting another Tammy`s Tasty Treats Cabin poster.
“Please note we are also looking for a local sponsor for our tea hut or Tammy’s Tasty Treats Cabin, who will get a massive amount of social media coverage. If interested please contact Terry (Butch) Morgan on 07732 864085.”
