WESTBURY Leigh Community Hall held their monthly Bingo on September 1st in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Helen Thomas, (on behalf of Beryl Drake – WLCH) said, “We are delighted to be sending a cheque for £500 to them!
“Enormous thank-yous must go to all the local businesses who very kindly donated prizes for the night and of course to all our players who came on the night to support this worthy cause.
“Our next Bingo will be held on Friday 6th October – eyes down 7.30pm, with proceeds as usual going to the upkeep of the Community Hall.”
