SEVEN young carers from across Wiltshire have been sampling lives as chefs at a local supermarket.
The group, aged eight-14, are all official carers for relatives, and are being supported by children’s charity Spurgeons.
They were invited to a fun pizza making session last month at Morrisons at Westbury to design and make their own pizzas to take home.
Rachel Stewart, of Spurgeons Young Carers service in Wiltshire said, “It was a great opportunity for young carers to get a bit of time out and tell us what they need and what they think about our service to enable us to enhance our support to them.
“Thank you to Morrisons and their community champion Lisa Litterick for organising the event.”
