FOUR Legends of the oche will be appearing in Westbury on Saturday 7th September.
The event will be held at Club Ice and will feature five times world champion ‘The Crafty Cockney’ Eric Bristow MBE, twice British Open Champion ‘Big’ Cliff Lazarenko, former World Champion Bob ‘The Limestone Cowboy’ Anderson and Bath’s own two-time News of the World Champion Mike ‘MG’ Gregory.
The night promises to be an entertainment-fest with the players taking on local darters in a series of singles and doubles matches before rounding off with a Q&A session.
Eric Bristow, also well know for starring in TV show I’m A Celebrity… in 2012, is really looking forward to the evening. When asked about the forthcoming event he said, “I love these legends nights, they are very interactive and the audience feel part of the show. I particularly like the Q&A sessions and still get lots of questions about the jungle.”
The event is organised by EPIC Sports Management, the company of former ladies’ world number one player Linda Batten. Linda said, “Club Ice is the perfect venue for this type of event, and Westbury is a hotbed of darts enthusiasts, so we are all looking forward to a fantastic evening.”
Linda adds, “Some players will be picked to play on the night, so for a chance to play against your favourite legend get your tickets now and don’t forget your darts!”
