THE Westbury Youth Club is holding a BBQ and raffle on Wednesday 21st September to raise funds for the club. Some of the prizes include a meal at The View, a round of gold at Westbury Golf Club and vouchers for local shops in the area.
The event will take place at the Westbury Community Project on Eden Vale Road from 6pm to 7.30pm. Raffle tickets are £1 for five and can be brought in person from the Westbury Community Project on Wednesday 8th September 6pm to 7.30pm or online by contacting the club on Facebook or Instagram.
Prizes include a £100 voucher for the three daggers pub, a £100 Mike Hill photography studio voucher, a meal for two and a bottle of wine at The View, a set takeaway meal for two from New Champion, a £10 Parsons bakery voucher, a teddy from Cards Plus, Arla vouchers, two large breakfasts at AIMs cafe, a £20 voucher for Zia pizza, a 2kg sweet box from little Sugarush, a wash cut and blow dry from Fore Hair, a fishing rod worth £100 from Westbury Tackle, £66 Goape voucher, a free MOT from M-tech, £30 only Skin Deep voucher, £20 Valerso Lounge voucher, a round of golf at Westbury Golf Club, a £10 voucher for the great cake company, a cleaning hamper from Shine Cleaning Company and Clay & Co Cleaning, a bag from Littlepawprints, a £25 Amazon voucher from White Horse Windows and much more.
Organisers say, “This is the first community event we have been able to hold since the covid restrictions have eased and local businesses of Westbury have been extremely kind and very supportive and have enabled us to run a charity raffle which will be drawn on the 21st September alongside the BBQ.
“As a charity it’s so important that we are able to hold this event and raise funds for the club and its members. We would like to invite the whole of the Westbury community to come along on the 21st September 6-7:30pm at Westbury Community Project to see what we do and help raise vital funds for the club.”
