Westbury community health trainers offer 1-1 sessions over the course of 12 weeks, providing advice and support with all aspects of a quit attempt, including specialist recommendation as to the most suitable approach for you in terms of nicotine replacement therapy and medication, they offer CO readings at each session and can issue prescription request forms too.
They also give additional support around behaviour change and the motivation behind this, all done in an informal, friendly and non-judgemental setting. Research shows that you are four times more likely to be successful with your quit attempt with this type of 1-1 support.
