THE Westbury branch of The Royal British Legion is appealing to the local people of Westbury for new members to join.
Eddie Bridges, chairman of the Westbury branch, said, “We are looking for service, ex-service people, families of those who have served, ex-firefighters, police or anyone who is interested in joining the Royal British Legion to become a member.
“You can volunteer as and when you can, with no fixed hours. Give as much or as little as you please”
The Royal British Legion is holding a Remembrance Weekend Service on Saturday 11th November and Sunday 12th November so would appreciate volunteers to help out.
