Do you own or know of land which is potentially suitable for development for housing, employment, retail, leisure, community uses? If so, Westbury Town Council want to hear from you!
The council’s Westbury Neighbourhood Plan steering group say, “We want to identify potential sites for future development in Westbury from now until 2036 (see below for a map of the Neighbourhood Plan area)
“To achieve this, we have been in contact with some landowners, developers and agents who have sites for potential residential development included in the Wiltshire Council Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), however we want to ensure that we reach those who may have an interest in developing land for all uses, including those who are not already identified/known to us.
“If you are interested in proposing a site for consideration, please contact the Neighbourhood Plan Project Team (address below) for copies of the relevant paperwork, or visit http://bit.do/callforsites
“The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group will then consider the site and its viability/suitability for inclusion in the Westbury Neighbourhood Plan.
