Westbury driving instructor, Steve Dayman-Johns, has shared another example of his lockdown artwork.
The local artist, who has dusted off his sketchpad whilst in lockdown said, “This painting is of the Church of England Sunday School for Girls and Infants 1873 (Westbury), which I painted in sepia tone to echo the old photographs we often see.
“It depicts the school circa 1900, and I worked from pictures I have taken myself to get the accuracy on the more faded parts of an old photograph.”
