THE young people of Westbury are being encouraged to put down their tech and do something different this weekend.
The Westbury Lions Club is hosting a new roadshow for children aged between six and 18, this Saturday 14th May, at Westbury High Street from 10.00am.
There will be the opportunity to find a new hobby, do something different and make some new friends at the same time. There will also be rides and games.
The organisers say, “After two years of Covid, we want to encourage the young people of our community to get back out and try something new or different and make new friends.
“Our new event for this year brings youth organisations from across Westbury together for our young people, to get them excited about trying something new, to meet like-minded people, and give them experiences and skills that will last a life time.
“Join us in the High Street from 10.00am on Saturday 14th May.”
