Frome-based coach holiday company Lesmon Travel has just launched a brand-new website, making it easier than ever for local customers to plan their next getaway.
Although the majority of bookings come from returning customers and word-of-mouth recommendations, the new website – designed by a friend of their long-standing coach partner, AL Executive – aims to offer a more accessible and informative online experience.
Visitors can now view full tour details, prices, hotel information, attractions and even download a copy of the company brochure at the click of a button. Direct contact with owner Brigitte Wye is also available through the site for availability checks.
The business, originally founded over 40 years ago by Les Price, is still very much a family affair. Brigitte, who now runs Lesmon Travel, credits her three children for their invaluable help: Harley handles IT, Christian manages the accounts, and Bradley has taken on advert design and passenger pickups. Les himself still lends a hand with collections, keeping the family legacy rolling.
With many familiar faces on each trip, the company is known for its friendly atmosphere and highly personal service.
“As all our customers come from a small catchment area, most people find there is always someone on a trip that they know or soon get to!” said Brigitte. “Everyone comments on how friendly they find us, and how much they enjoy the personal service, as well as home pickup in our catchment area of Frome, Westbury, Warminster, Radstock, Midsomer Norton and the villages in between.
