Westbury United made the long midweek journey to Falmouth Town on Tuesday 21st October and came away with a hard-earned point.
United’s goal was scored by CJ Stewart who equalised in the second half after Oscar Massey had put Falmouth in front before the break.
Then on Tuesday 28th October Westbury United saw off National League South Salisbury FC in the Wiltshire Premier Shield!
This was another strong all-round team performance versus a side who play two levels higher!
After a goalless first half Salisbury opened the scoring through Matt Briggs.
The returning Brad Selwood then netted two composed finishes to win the tie for Westbury.
Keeper Joel Manning made a series of excellent saves to ensure United’s progress.
