Martin & Co sold boards popping up all over

Martin & Co is a national business with over 200 branches and has been developing a letting and property management pedigree since 1986.

The business has invested in well trained staff, leading edge technology systems and cutting edge marketing.

The Chippenham/Westbury operation was established over five years ago and has gone from strength to strength. Both offices were originally focused on lettings only and have earned their reputation for excellent customer service with both landlords and tenants alike.

As the housing sales market improved and some landlords looked to sell their investment properties, Martin & Co responded by offering them a flexible, cost efficient sales service.

The Westbury office went on to launch a full scale sales service in November 2014 under the guidance of Luke Hames, the new area sales manager. Luke quickly applied his 12 years of local estate agency experience and found that Westbury home owners were soon knocking on the door to ask Martin & Co to sell their houses – resulting in a record month of 15 property sales in January.

Martin & Co take great pride in offering a unique service to vendors, landlords and tenants. They are able to offer the personal approach of a locally owned estate agent with the enormous benefits of being part of a nationwide business. They always seek to provide a courteous, informed service aimed at providing total peace of mind – whether you are looking to let or sell your property.

Their strong lettings heritage also gives them the credibility to advise ‘would be’ investment buyers. They will be able to advise on suitable investment properties, likely returns and can offer a ‘one stop’ service from purchase through to tenancy management.
