RUNNERS will be gearing up and getting ready to take on two race events in the local area this May.
The Dilton Dash – a 3km and 10km event over multi terrain, consisting of footpaths, tracks and a little bit of road, will take place on Sunday 22nd May. The following weekend, on Saturday 28th May, the annual Bratton Hilly Run will take place over 11km, taking in the steep climb up to Westbury White Horse.
The event, which had been described as a “picturesque, challenging, multi terrain course with panoramic views,” by organisers, will support the Bratton Jubilee Hall.
