Westbury United rounded off their season with their presentation evening at the Laverton earlier this month.
The club’s annual awards were presented at the event which was attended by the management team, players, committee members, volunteers, sponsors and supporters. The awards were as follows:
• Players’ Player and Supporters’ Player: Jack Witcombe, who picked up both awards after a fine season in midfield.
• Managers’ Player: Jamie Jordan who finished top of the assist charts and reached 200 games for the club this season.
• Chairman’s Player and Ultras’ Player: Dan Restorick after an impressive season at the heart of the defence.
• Phil Alford Award: Brad Selwood, who had a big impact since returning from Manor Farm earlier in the season with several goals and assists.
• Goal of the Season: Ben Starr for his strike away at Yate Town in the FA Cup in September.
• Top Goalscorer: Josh Jenkins with 16 goals, along with six assists.
• A special award was also made to Steve Hulbert for making 300 appearances for the club.
