A group of dancers from Bratton Primary School wowed the audience at the recent West Wiltshire Schools Dance Festival at The Bath Forum.
The festival featured 48 performances from various primary, secondary and special schools across West Wiltshire. This year’s theme was ‘It’s in the Game!’, and the Bratton Primary School dancers, from Key Stage 2, came up with a creative idea to fit the brief ahead of their performance.
Their ‘Super Mario’-themed routine, which teaching assistant Mrs Walford coached the children on, was described as “polished, professional, and the packed audience loved it.”
Bratton Primary has issued a special thank you to Mrs Walford and teaching assistant Mrs Clements for running the school’s weekly dance club and for escorting the children to the rehearsal, supporting them during the busy evening event.
