Bitham Brook Primary School held a ‘British Values Day’ at the end of term 3.
The school says, “We were visited by our MP, Dr Andrew Murrison, who talked to our Year 5 and 6 children about democracy. They asked him a lot of questions about – among other things – Brexit, how many people voted for him in the last election, whether he has ever met the Queen or Donald Trump and what Theresa May is really like!
“Our Year 1 pupils were visited by two policemen and a police drone, which flew over the school and took some fantastic aerial photos!”
