Busy Bees Pre-School in Chapmanslade celebrated Father’s Day by inviting dad and granddads in for lunch.
“The children created cards and gifts and the positive feedback we had was amazing,” said Kelly, Busy Bees’ manager. “It was lovely to be able to invite everyone in for lunch throughout the week to spend time with their children. It was appreciated that their bosses let them escape work to spend time with their children.
Jamie one of the dads who attended said, “Fantastic Father’s Day lunch with my boys” and Charlotte’s granddad said, “i said Charlotte could eat her biscuit first, but I think I was meant to encourage her to eat the sandwich first!”
Busy Bees have previously celebrated Mother’s Day and plan on arranging celebrations for grandparents’ day too.
