Westbury Infants School pupils enjoyed their sports day last week. The school said, “It was fantastic to see so many family members who came to watch and support the children.
“The main message we want the children to take away from the event is always about taking part, rather than about winning. Being part of a team also supports the development of their identity and feelings of belonging as part of our school.
“We were very proud of the children for trying their hardest and persevering when it got difficult. Thank you to everyone for coming to this event.”
