WESTBURY United Reformed Church members have celebrated the transformation of the front garden and entrance to the church.
Priscilla Gray, church secretary said, “On Sunday 6th August, following morning worship, our Minister, the Revd. David Coppard, blessed our new notice board and the work we have recently done to the front of the church.
“We have painted the front doors blue and had the very overgrown scrubs in the front garden removed. It is quite a transformation.
“There has been worship on this site (not the same church) since 1662 so we owe it to our forebearers to keep it up to date.
“We hope everyone will enjoy the new look to the front of the church. And everyone is welcome to join us on a Sunday morning 11am for worship.”
