Chandlers Coach Travel, based in Westbury, have recently taken ownership of a brand new 2017 plate Irizar i6 Integral coach. The 55-seat, 12.9-metre coach takes their fleet to 16 (which include their executive 16, 8 and 4 seater vehicles ideal for airport transfers).
The new coach was made to their exact specification, ready for its range of touring, day trips and private hire and was out and about on the Wiltshire roads the day it was delivered. It has a two-screen DVD system, seats with magazine nets and seatback tables, plus Chandlers has added USB charging points for every seat.
Chandlers owner, Margaret I’Anson said, “We are continually investing in our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are not only comfortable, but environmentally friendly. Over half our coaches are less than four years old and we ensure that they are kept to the highest standard. We added the USB charging points as we recognise that the needs of our passengers are changing and there is always someone asking our drivers for a charger!’
Chandlers Coach Travel, which has been running since 1991, has its own day trip and tour programmes, which can be booked via phone, online or in person by visiting them on the West Wilts Trading Estate. They travel the length of the UK and all across Europe, with friendly professional drivers, local pick up points and a well thought out itinerary.
Chandlers Coach Travel ensures that the highest quality of service is provided from the moment you board the coach to the time you return home – with the added luxury of most holidays including an onboard hostess service, extra leg room seats and a home pick-up service, ready to start your holiday stress-free.
