Hold onto your hats for the popular Westbury Christmas Fun Run, this Saturday, 10th December at 11am, run in support of Westbury Lions.
“It’s back and at a new venue, in the grounds of Westbury RFC!” says the organisers. “There will be a free Santa hat for everyone to wear as well as a medal for all finishers.
“You may ask why the fun run is at 11am – this is because we don’t want you to miss out on Park Run. If you fancy the challenge, you can do a back-to-back Parkrun and Christmas Fun Run. You can choose from four distances of 1/2 mile (1 lap), 1 mile (2 laps), 2 miles (4 laps), or 3 miles (6 laps). Everyone is welcome, adults, children, dogs and fancy dress.”
