Holy Trinity Church in Dilton Marsh will hold its next coffee morning and tabletop sale this Saturday, 4th March.
The church has been holding monthly coffee mornings on the first Saturday of the month, along with a Traidcraft stall, as part of its outreach into the local community and further afield.
Organiser Sue Stanley says, “In February we added a new dimension to these gatherings; a table top sale. The tables are only £5 each and all those proceeds go to a different charity each month.
“In February we gave £35+ to local girl, Sarah Woolley, to aid her Nicaraguan Community Placement. Sarah has been selected to volunteer overseas with Raleigh on an International Citizen Service placement in March this year. We wish her all the very best.
“Our next sale is Saturday 4th March between 10am and noon. There is no charge for buyers and we hope all visitors will take the time to enjoy a leisurely cuppa with us and meet up with friends and meet new people.”
To book a table contact Garth on 01373 822414.
Future events will be held on the first Saturday of each month.
