WEST Wilts Youth Sailing Club (WWYSC), based at Eden Vale Lake by the train station, needs volunteers to help with the running of their sailing courses.
Senior instructor at WWYSC, Nick Cross, said, “We’re looking for people who have a RYA (Royal Yachting Association) instructor certificate or people that may have an assistant instructor’s certificate that are willing to help out at some of the various events we have going on throughout the year.
“It can be a very rewarding experience for someone looking to add to their sailing instructor experience.”
Now celebrating 55 years of sailing in Westbury, the WWYSA was set up in 1967 as a voluntary organisation and is an accredited RYA training centre. The club is looking to continue the years of teaching and is looking for experienced help.
