THE Leigh Park Community Centre (LPCC) is looking for sponsors to help raise £3,500 to complete the first phase of their community garden.
The garden will feature a sensory flower and herb border, a pathway and a disabled access ramp.
“We are looking for sponsors to raise £3,500 to complete the project,” said centre manager Debbie Cole. “We have a local landscaper who will donate his time to carry out the work and complete this stage of the project.
“We need to raise the funds towards the materials and machinery hire required to complete the work. In return of sponsorship, advertising in our monthly newspaper will be given as a thank you as well as a list of sponsors on our website. Please contact if you can get involved; any help is appreciated!”
If you would like to sponsor the project or are able to donate materials or plant machinery hire then please contact Debbie at the LPCC on 01373 825784 or email office@lpccwestbury.org.uk
