Westbury & District Cricket Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Clubhouse, Leighton Sports on Thursday 20th October and is open to all members; players, non-players, officials and parents of youth players.
The outgoing committee’s proposal for 1st XI captain is Alex Senneck. Members will vote at the AGM to confirm the 1st XI captain.
The chairman, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer are standing for re-election. Members will vote at the AGM to confirm the officers.
The following committee roles will be filled, through a members vote, at the AGM; club welfare officer, media officer (covering communications, website, social media and PR activities) bar manager, junior coordinator, head of youth coaching.
Standing Agenda items for the AGM are: chairman’s report, treasurer’s report, election of officers, captain/committee role and non-committee lead roles, membership/playing fees for 2017.
The meeting starts at 7pm.
