DILTON Marsh Primary School has proudly displayed all of the students’ artwork in their first Art Show. The school said, “It allowed our community the opportunity to enjoy the children’s masterpieces.
“During the year, the school’s mini Monets and budding Banksys have created some fantastic masterpieces, practising a range of art mediums. From painting to pastels, crayons to collage, the children have experimented and expanded their knowledge of artists’ work and created their own works of art.
“Art Club organisers, Ellen Roberts and Vicki Hallam, worked hard to make this fantastic event memorable and to showcase the wonderful work of the talented students. The children also helped to create exhibition displays using recycled materials in an imaginative way to display the work.
“Many parents and children attended during the opening evening to view the artwork.”
Headteacher of Dilton Marsh Primary School, Jill Hibbs said, “The standard of work was outstanding – it was amazing to see all of the brilliant work!”
