Dilton Marsh Flower and Handicraft Show takes place this Saturday, 13th August.
There are classes for vegetables, fruits, flowers, floral art, cookery, handicrafts, photography, group display and a children’s class for the under 12s (an item made from salt dough).
Entrants must either reside in the village or belong to a village organization including the school. Schedules are available from Crowning Glory, Fairfield Farm College, Prince of Wales Hostelry or Holy Trinity Church.
Doors will open for public viewing at 2pm and the prize giving will be held at 3pm followed by an auction of produce.
This year any entrants of vegetables and fruit who find they have an unwanted surplus would be welcomed to donate to a sales table in aid of future shows.
