Schedules are now available for the annual village flower and handicraft show, which will be held on Saturday 12th August in Dilton Marsh Memorial Hall.
To take part you must either be a resident in the village or belong to a village organisation including the school. An entry form can be collected from Fairfield Farm College, Crowning Glory hairdressers, Prince of Wales hostelry, Holy Trinity Church or members of the Gardening Club or WI.
For keen gardeners, vegetable entries are herbs, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, beetroot, courgettes, French beans, runner beans and any odd shaped vegetable. Fruit growers can enter raspberries, rhubarb and plums. There is also a section for flowers and floral art.
Each schedule contains a pull out for children 12 years and under to colour in and enter free of charge. Other entries are 25p each.
