Year 6 pupils of Dilton Marsh Primary School enjoyed a day’s sailing at Westbury Lake with WWYSA (West Wilts Youth Sailing Association).
After 30 years of visiting, the ‘Sailing Day’ has become a tradition the leavers all look forward to.
During the day, the children learnt how to sail, took part in races and were given various challenges. The children had a fantastic day.
Vici Hallam from the school says, “Thank you to the members of the WWYSA who gave up their time to teach the children to sail.”
