WILTSHIRE Police arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder following the near-fatal stabbing in Dilton Marsh last month, and are continuing to hold him on a GBH charge.
Darren Bryant, 31, from Basingstoke, has been charged with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and has been remanded in custody.
He appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Saturday 28th March, and will stay in custody until his next appearance at Salisbury Crown Court on Friday 24th April. The arrest follows an incident in Tanyard Way, Dilton Marsh on the night of Saturday 21st March when two 16 year-old twin brothers received knife wounds.
Westbury brothers Tyler and Loui Gane were both hurt in the incident, and Tyler was hospitalised with a serious wound to his chest, said to be just millimetres from his heart.
Anybody with information relating to the above incident should share it with the police by calling 101.
