DILTON Rovers, a well established football club under the guidance of the Wiltshire Football Association, is searching for new football coaches to join the club.
Situated in the village of Dilton Marsh, the club has been offering football coaching to all children from the age of five upwards since 2003. The club secretary says, “We are proud to be a Charter Standard Club, which is an achievement in itself, and we have to apply for this on an annual basis to show that we are a club that is committed to both its volunteer helpers and our players.
“We have three teams already playing league youth football, but are desperately seeking either an already qualified level one FA coach, or someone who has a passion for football and would love the challenge of becoming a qualified coach and passing on their knowledge and enthusiasm to children.
“This is a very rewarding voluntary position within our friendly club, and if you would like to have a chat with us to find out what is involved, then please contact our club secretary Mrs Carolyn Hillman on 07732 920390, and we will arrange to meet with you and discuss all the finer details.
“You will of course be required to complete a Safeguarding course that we will arrange for you, and also an enhanced DBS for any successful candidates wishing to join us.
“We look forward to hearing from you.”
