THE Imperial Charity shop in town is organising more day trips for people to enjoy this spring, and the first stop will be Barry Island in Wales, on Wednesday 11th May.
The trip is free to adults and children with special needs. Tickets are available now from the Imperial Charity shop in the High Street and also the Warminster hub.
Following this there will be a trip to Swanage on Wednesday 8th June, Weston-Super-Mare on Thursday 14th July and Weymouth on Thursday 11th August
Organisers say, “Join us for a great day out! Every year we organise a series of day coach trips for senior citizens and people of all ages with special needs. This activity not only fosters the making of new friendships but provides stimulation by enabling them to not only enjoy a day out but to visit places they ordinarily would not be able to.”
“A donation of £10 is required which is non-refundable. Coach trip pick-up points and timings will be shown on the tickets.”
