Warminster Library invite you to come along on Monday 16th November at 7.00pm for an illustrated talk by historian and author Timothy Brown.
Timothy served in the Fleet Air Arm for many years. On moving to Wiltshire in 2006, he became fascinated with Salisbury Plain’s aviation history, and in Larkhill and the adjacent Stonehenge landscape.
Timothy’s book ‘Flying with the Larks: The Early Aviation Pioneers of Larkhill’ covers the period 1909 – 1914 and charts its influence on First World War aviation.
