WESTBURY Town Council and The Laverton have joined forces to invite Westbury business owners to a free networking event on Friday 12th September.
The Business Breakfast is the first of its kind and aims to bring businesses in Westbury together to strengthen the localy economy.
Every business in the town is invited, and the event will involve a 60-second presentation from each in attendance, as well as a networking opportunity, and a guest keynote speaker. Organiser Lilly Bale said, “I came up with the idea because I want to create a stronger network of businesses in Westbury. I think everyone would really benefit from building relationships within the town and working together.
“If each service can recommend another, there will be more business for everybody. I’m looking forward to the event and to meeting other likeminded people. We hope to make it an annual event and to offer sales and marketing workshops in the future.”
The Business Breakfast will take place from 8.00am-9.30am on Friday 12th September at The Laverton in Westbury.
