Westbury Town Council is offering grants to voluntary organisations that help make the area a better place to live. Applications are open from 3rd March until 2nd May.
A statement from Westbury Town Council reads, “The town council aims to promote a healthy and cohesive community by using its Grant Aid Scheme to provide financial support for community groups working for the benefit of Westbury residents.
“The town council recognises and supports the valuable contribution made by the voluntary and ‘not-for-profit’ sector to the well-being of our community.”
Applications will be reviewed in June 2025, with final approvals made in September 2025. Successful applicants will be celebrated at an awards evening at The Laverton later this year.
Previous recipients include Westbury FC, Carer Support Wiltshire and the Matravers Combined Cadet Force.
Application forms are available on the Westbury Town Council website or by emailing grants@westburytowncouncil.gov.uk.
