The White Horse Country Park Festival returns for another year and preparations are well under way for what is sure to be a great weekend for the whole family.
Look no further for a bank holiday weekend spectacular. On Sunday 27th August, White Horse Country Park will be host to a jam-packed schedule of music and entertainment.
Organiser Hannah Bowden from the country park said, “We are so excited for the festival this year. The pre-ticket sales and the buzz about it on Facebook and around the town suggests it’s going to be busy. We think this year’s festival will be the busiest and biggest it’s ever been and we can’t wait.
“There is so much going on during the day. We’ve got various stalls, inflatables, local cider makers, a barbecue and a hog roast. We’ve got lots of entertainment for the kids, arts and crafts, bouncy castle, face painting, games, children’s sports, golf lessons and a visit from Anna and Elsa from Frozen!
“We’ve also got eight local bands playing throughout the day including The Leggomen, Stoned F and Custyrd Pye. You can see a full list of who is playing and when, on our website, www.whitehorsecountry park.co.uk It’s a great day out for all the family. It’s a local festival that everyone can enjoy.”
The festival starts at 12noon, advanced tickets are £10 until Friday 26th August and £15 on the gate and children under 14 go free. Camping over the weekend is also available for £20 or £10 for one night. Tickets can be brought online or from the club house.
