Ever wanted to learn Reiki healing or the Bowen technique? Come along to taster sessions in Edington next month.
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and to promote healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen ‘life force energy’ flows through us and can be manipulated to affect the body, mind and spirit.
The Bowen Technique is a type of massage that is intended to penetrate to a deep cellular level and make use of the body’s own ability to heal itself.
The taster sessions will be held at Edington Parish Hall on Monastery Road.
They will be on Thursday 4th September from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The cost will be a £3 donation to the WI. For more information contact Anne on 07905 748359.
