YOU are invited to join Wiltshire Air Ambulance’s aircrew for a ‘cuppa and cake’ this Easter to raise much-needed funds.
The event will take place on Wednesday 5th April, during the school break for Easter, making it a perfect opportunity for all of the family.
People will have the chance to enjoy a cuppa and some cake with the pilots, doctors and paramedics who carry out their lifesaving work across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas.
To book a place which costs £7.50 for adults and £4.50 for those under 12, individuals can visit wiltshireairambulance.co.uk/brew.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance’s business development manager Katy Burke said, “Our last Brew with the Crew event during the 2022 Air Ambulance Week was a huge success and sold out.
“This is another great opportunity for the community to come together with your local air ambulance. Gather your family and friends to join us for a brew, some cake and to learn more about our lifesaving service by speaking to our aircrew.”
Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity which provides Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. It costs £4 million a year to keep the air ambulance flying and saving lives.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance receives no regular direct Government funding or National Lottery grants, so relies on generous donations from the public and local businesses.
